Our Story
Crystal Capital was founded with a single observation: there are thousands of real estate investors with great deals and no capital, and thousands of accredited investors with capital and no deals. The gap between them was costing both sides money.
Operating under the umbrella of Silversoon Technologies LLC, Crystal Capital was built to bridge that gap. We leverage the Capital Syndicate framework — a proven private money brokering system — to create a three-sided marketplace: borrowers, lenders, and brokers all benefit from a single, efficient platform.
Our approach is rooted in the Lee Arnold Capital Syndicate methodology, which trains private money brokers to identify, qualify, and refer real estate deals to institutional-grade private lenders. Crystal Capital takes this model further by building a full-service platform that supports all three participant types.
